Event Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase

  1.  All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it is non-transferable and non-refundable except as outlined in our Refunds policy below.

  2. Tickets are sold for specific events and are valid for entry only on the date(s) listed.

  3. Tickets must be presented at the event for admission, either in printed form or on a mobile device, as indicated in the purchase confirmation.

  4. Ticket prices are inclusive of all taxes unless stated otherwise.
     

2. Payment Methods

  1.  We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as any other payment methods listed at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

  2. All payments are made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

  3. Your payment information is securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit or debit card details on our servers here.

  4. By completing the payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions, which can be found

  5. In the event of a payment failure, your ticket purchase may not be completed, and you will need to attempt the purchase again or contact customer support.
     

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  1. Event Cancellations: If the event is canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of the cancellation announcement.

  2. Event Rescheduling: In the event of a reschedule, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 7 days of the reschedule announcement.

  3. No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal circumstances, or if you cannot attend the event for reasons beyond our control (e.g., illness, transportation issues, or other personal matters).

  4. Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted via our [Contact Form/Email/Customer Support Portal] within the stated time frame. We will not process refund requests made after the event date has passed, unless the event has been canceled or rescheduled.
     

4. Ticket Transfers

  1. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Any unauthorized reselling of tickets may result in the cancellation of the ticket without refund.

  2. If we permit ticket transfers, the new ticket holder must follow all event rules and terms of entry.
     

5. Event Entry and Conduct

  1. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of these terms, disorderly conduct, or failure to follow event rules.

  2. By attending the event, you consent to any photography, videography, or media coverage that may be used for promotional purposes.
     

6. Event Changes

  1. The event schedule, performers, and venue are subject to change without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of any significant changes as soon as possible.
     

7. Liability

  1. The event organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by attendees, unless directly caused by our negligence.

  2. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage resulting from the purchase or use of a ticket.
